I have been licensed and working as a massage therapist since January 2007. I have had continuous education training in myofascial release, pregnancy massage, and Reiki.
My belief is that massage is a mind and body experience. Quieting the mind and relaxing the body aid in releasing muscle tension. I provide my clients with a calm and tranquil environment.
